The stables and the dairy are 300 meters away from the eighteenth century stone farmhouse where our home and B&B are located. The same good moon which watches over your rest, regulates our farm work: sowing, hay making, gathering of wood for burning and, above all, the breeding and the birth of our kid goats, which lead a happy life in environmentally - friendly: the roofs have traditional old tiles and the walls are made of local stone.
The animals are bred organically and are fed with organic fodder; they have spacious individual pens, outdoor pens and, whenever the weather allows, they are led to graze freely on pastures several hours a day. When they graze, they choose the tastiest grass which makes their milk so unique.
This milk is then processed by Agrilanga (the dairy founded by my husband and an old pal of his) producing the typically local "Robiola di Roccaverano" and other goat cheeses now appreciated all over the world. Respect for tradition and the philosophy of organic breeding combine with entrepreneurial dynamism and simple but very advanced technologies.
